With all the talk about the high fructose corn syrup, it got me thinking about healthy foods I could make for dinner (or snacks, breakfast, ect...) I'm sure other moms could use more recipies that are healthy, easy, and tasty too! If anyone has some good ones, PLEASE post!

Santa Fe Chicken Skillet is good...

Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper (I use this stuff called Morton's Nature Seasoning...it's yummy!) Saute chicken, add a couple cloves of garlic and some strips of green or yellow pepper and sliced onion. Add a can of diced tomatoes with green chilis and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over brown rice!

Here's another one...amazing turkey burgers! First saute onions and garlic w/ a pinch of brown sugar, and then push to the side of the skillet. Take ground turkey (or you can grind turkey breast yourself in a meat grinder...it's so yum) and mix it with rosemary and italian seasoning and parsely and make patties. Cook them on both sides and then cook covered until they aren't pink any more, then melt some mozzeralla on it and sprinkle on some parmesan. Killer!

ps use LOTS of rosemary

Here's a quick Cajun-style dish: Stir fry, grill or indoor grill the following: Diced chicken, sliced light or turkey smoked sausage, and diced or sliced bell peppers and onions. Start cooking the chicken then add the rest. Season with Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, and garlic. Add a can of diced tomatoes. Mix with Near East rice pilaf.
