Where do you like to go out with and without kids?
Who has good deals?
We went to Greek's Pizzeria on Green River last night. Great pizza and family friendly except no milk. Lemonade though which my girls were not upset about at all.
It wasn't expensive which was good and the pizza was good. My husband called it a sweet sauce and dough.
There is even a game room which was great for the kids. They discovered PacMan. The owner came out to the table which I really appreciated. They have great service and were attentive to the kids which I really appreciate.
Where do you go?

Looove Iwataya for Japanese, but I don't think of it as being very kid-friendly. With kids in tow, I think I'd head for a Japanese place with hibachi grills instead...amusement for the kids and a more boisterous atmosphere. I prefer Fujiyama over Nagasaki for that. It is not as fancy of a building, but the food is better and it is not as busy all the time.
For a "date night" out for Chinese I like Jimmy Jing's Schzewan House. For take-out I like the cheap little dive place on the west side...Taste of China.
For Mexican I am a fan of Los Bravos. Yummy, cheap, and loud. <img align="absmiddle" src="http://community.arthritis.org/FORUMS/Skins/Classic/Images/EmotIcons/Smile.gif" border="0" title="Smile">
We only have one choice for Indian. The food is good, but the selection is limited.
For pizza we are loving the new Papa Murphy's. They are "take-n-bake" though. We just like it because they have some different options like artichokes, roasted chicken, garlic sauce, and spinach.

We like Gracie's for chinese...out 41 by 4-h.
We like pizza hut on green river road for pizza because of the play area.
Fujiyama for japanese...my husband loves sushi yuck! but that is his favorite and much much cheaper than nagasaki and tastes as good or better...we actually ate there on our wedding nite (courthouse wedding with no reception)
Los Bravos for mexican (we live right behind the one on first ave so we don't even have to get on road, just parking lots to get there) more authentic and cheaper than hacienda...but still like hacienda too
My husband recommends O'Brians (used to be Skye's on North Green River) but I think it is a bar so not kid friendly
Cici's is also good for pizza buffet, kid friendly and cheap
We don't really eat out much except Mickey D's.

Okay, please don't think I am crazy, but Chuck E. Cheese has remodeled. The place is huge. We took my 5 year old there this week to waste some time before "night school" aka parent/teacher/child time and the place was clean, BIG, and with all new rides and games. My 16 year old even drove to Evansville just to eat(for free of course) It has been about 1 1/2 since we had been. It was always so loud and crowded. Not now. Check it out.

Actually if you check out the Eating Out portion of the site you should be able to not only find a GREAT place to take your spouse, but also when you have the kids in tow. We try to post when they have Kids Eat Free Nights. So if we are missing one let me know, or put it in the comment bar on that particular restaurant.
When we built that section we would call and hound the poor hostesses until they told us if they had changing stations in both male and female restrooms, high chairs, a smoking section that was adjunct to the whole dining area etc. So VERY parent friendly!
But, to answer your question on a personal note:
When Adam and I go out:
Jimmy Chengs; Los Bravos; Madeline's; Ma T 888 China Bistro; Rafferty's; Bonefish
With Kids:
O'Charley's; Chik Fil A; Bob Evans; Olive Garden (Thom loves their Mac N Cheese); and Applebee's
We try to take ourselves places without them that are more quiet, international cuisine (cause we have tried to feed them egg rolls and Jimmy's Shrimp, nope). With them we go places we know they will have SOMETHING the kids will eat half of!
