Ok, I am on week 9 of my "diet"! (hate that word) Anyway, still going strong...loosing weight. woo hoo!
I have noticed that I have picked up a new habit.....fishy crackers! I buy that BIG OL'E carton of them at Walmart! I grab a hand full of fishy crackers just to "pacify" if you will, my hunger pains! he he he!!! I know, I should be grabbing something more healthy....but dang these are sooo good! I am totally hooked on them!
Anyone else?
What do you graze on during the day?

When I am really hungry.. I try to get some protein in ..maybe a spoonful of nut butter with some fruit or a yogurt. I like the dark chocolate from Aldi's too.. They have 70% dark chocolate and it is comes packaged in a long rectangular box, but inside is 5 individually wrapped bars. 1 bar = 3 ww points. 1/2 cup FF refried beans or black beans w/ salsa heated up is only 2 points. Sometimes if I am really hungry I will add some diced peppers or other veggies I have diced/sliced/chopped in bulk in the fridge to add bulk to what I am eating and also get my daily fruits/veggies quota filled. OH--and those Fiber One bars..yummy! They have a generic brand at Aldi's also; both come out to around 2 WW points each. A tall glass of V8 is only 1 WW pt.
I eat 5-6 snack sized meals each day and what I eat depends on how many points I have left or what I am willing to have for my other meals during the day.

I love those Fiber One bars, too! Great to grab on the run if I don't eat breakfast at home or after working out at the gym. Are the Aldi's brand ones pretty good? I tried another store brand, can't remember which one, maybe target, and I didn't like them as well.

They only have 2 varieties but IMO they are comparable. (They have the chocolate and peanut butter variety..so if apple, strawberry or caramel are your favs..sorry, LOL).
I also like the lean ground turkey and the bagged spinich and romaine...OH, and the frozen fish! I could go on.. LOL.

My problem is I work in an office and can only munch on things that we keep in there. I have been trying to keep more yogurt bars and 100 calorie packs, but it can sometimes be hard to keep it stocked with good-for-you snacks because our space is so limited.

I love the big bag of animal crackers from Wal-Mart. I keep them stored in a lock and lock container and grab a couple here and there. They are great alone or with some yogurt or fresh fruit!!! I'm proud of you for sticking with it.
