Here's my recipe! It's not spicey at all...I don't do spicey!

1.5-2lbs lean ground beef

1 onion chopped finely

1 green pepper chopped finely

1 large can tomato sauce

1 large can crushed tomatos

2 cans mild chili beans

1 can kidney beans, drained

1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

*

Brown the beef and onions and pepper all together. Then I dump everything above in my crock pot. As long as it can get about 5 or more hours in there on high! Serve with peanut butter sandwiches, crackers and of course top with cheddar cheese!

*

Side note, if your crockpot is deep enough, you can add some water to the chili to make it more soup like! Use the chili bean cans~when you add your water. After you dump the chili beans in the crock pot, use that can...that way it will get all those good chili spices into the crock pot!

my recipe is listed under crockpot recipes on here. if u dont like spicy, you could use all mild instead of hot beans. i dont think the way i make it is spicy but i do like spicy so it might not taste like it to me because im used to it.
